3. Delivery and Collection
Our team will deliver the skip to your specified location at the agreed-upon time. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is suitable for skip placement and accessible for our delivery vehicle.
3.1 Site Requirements

3.2 Responsibility for Property
Crystal Palace Skip Hire is not liable for any damage to property resulting from the placement of the skip, provided that the site has been prepared as per our instructions.
4. Use of the Skip

5. Liability

- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service.

6. Duration of Hire
The standard hire period is specified in your booking confirmation. If you require an extension, please contact us in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6.1 Overdue Skips
If the skip is not collected within the agreed hire period, additional fees may apply. Prolonged delays may result in further action, including removal by third-party services.
7. Access and Safety
Users must ensure that the area around the skip is safe and accessible. By providing access, you agree to comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

- Do not overload the skip beyond its capacity.
